Matt Griffin is the Co-Owner of SAGE: Senior Advisors & Guidance Experts, bringing over 37 years of real estate and mortgage experience to families navigating major life transitions. His career has centered on helping clients make clear, confident decisions during complex housing and financial situations.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Matt works with seniors and their families on rightsizing, relocation, and home sales tied to health changes, care needs, or lifestyle transitions. He understands these decisions go far beyond real estate – involving family dynamics, finances, and future care planning – and he provides practical, steady guidance every step of the way.

Matt co-founded SAGE with Rita Rivera after guiding his own family through his mother’s Alzheimer’s journey. That experience shaped his belief that families need more than information – they need a trusted advisor to help them understand options and move forward with confidence.

In addition to his real estate work, Matt has held leadership roles in operations and program management, giving him a strong foundation in managing complex processes and delivering results.

He serves families across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware with a focus on providing trusted advice, clear direction, and compassionate support when it matters most.

Outside of work, Matt is a proud father of two young adults and enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and dancing with his fiancé, Rita, whenever possible.
