AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.sageguidanceexperts.com and all related services provided by Agape Impact Venture LLC, doing business as SAGE: Senior Advisors and Guidance Experts (“SAGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including advisory services, tools, AI-powered experiences, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
IMPORTANT: ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration
- You waive the right to a jury trial
- You waive the right to participate in class actions
DEFINITIONS
- “SAGE Advisor” = authorized representative of SAGE
- “Participating Providers” = communities, care providers, or partners introduced through SAGE
- “Services” = all tools, advisory services, communications, and website functionality
ELIGIBILITY
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally able to enter a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Services
OUR SERVICES
SAGE provides advisory, education, and referral coordination services to help individuals and families evaluate senior living, care, and transition options.
These may include:
- Independent living
- Assisted living
- Memory care
- Home care
- Transition and real estate support
SAGE may:
- Provide information based on your needs
- Connect you with Participating Providers
- Coordinate introductions
- Deliver a Referral Sheet
REFERRAL ROLE & AUTHORIZATION
By using the Services, you agree that:
- SAGE acts as your advisor and referral coordinator
- SAGE may share your information with selected Participating Providers
- SAGE may prepare and transmit a Referral Sheet
- SAGE will be identified as the originating referral source, including for tracking, validation, and compensation purposes
This is a core function of the Services.
NO ENDORSEMENT; NOT A BROKER
SAGE:
- Does not endorse or guarantee any provider
- Does not control provider operations
- Is not a broker, seller, or lessor of services
- Is not a party to agreements between you and providers
All decisions are made solely by you and the provider.
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
All information provided by SAGE or a SAGE Advisor, including AI tools:
- Is for informational purposes only
- Does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice
Always consult licensed professionals.

CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS (CALL, EMAIL, SMS)
By submitting your information or using the Services, you provide express written consent for SAGE and Participating Providers to contact you via:
- Phone calls
- SMS/text messaging
This may include use of automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) or similar technology where permitted by law.
SMS PROGRAM DISCLOSURES
SAGE uses SMS for:
- Appointment confirmations
- Reminders
- Updates and service communications
You agree:
- You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”
- You will receive confirmation of opt-out
- You may reply “HELP” for assistance
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency may vary
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Providing a phone number is optional, but some Services may be limited without it.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of non-SMS communications unless separately requested.
SMS DATA PROTECTION
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
- SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties
RECORDED COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that communications with a SAGE Advisor, including:
- Phone calls
- SMS
- Chat or AI interactions
may be recorded, stored, and reviewed for:
- Quality assurance
- Compliance
- Documentation
- Service improvement
USE OF SERVICES; LICENSE
SAGE grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use.
You may not:
- Use Services unlawfully
- Copy, distribute, or exploit content
- Use bots, scraping, or automation
- Train AI models on SAGE content
- Reverse engineer systems
- Misrepresent identity
Violation results in termination.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and systems are owned by Agape Impact Venture LLC (SAGE) or its licensors.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SAGE may connect you with third-party providers.
SAGE:
- Does not control third parties
- Does not guarantee services
- Is not responsible for outcomes
Your agreements are solely with providers.
DISCLAIMERS
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
SAGE disclaims all warranties, including:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SAGE is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Provider actions
- Decisions made using the Services
Total liability is limited to:
- $50 USD, or
- Amount paid (if any)
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify SAGE against claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your interactions with providers
TERMINATION
SAGE may suspend or terminate access at any time.
CHANGES TO TERMS OR SERVICES
We may update Terms or Services at any time.
Continued use = acceptance.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
- No class actions
- Individual claims only
- You may opt out within 30 days by contacting us
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
