After caring for her own mother through Alzheimer’s and dementia, Rita co-founded SAGE to help other families navigate aging with confidence and compassion.

With more than 18 years of leadership in senior living and healthcare, Rita has guided families through assisted living, memory care, and complex care decisions. Today, she works one-on-one with older adults and their loved ones to understand their needs, explain their options, and create a personalized path forward.
